HIT Workshop

MISSION

With our coordination, graphic design, sponsorship, social media and event management teams, we support students in their preparation for professional life by providing the necessary environment, equipment and consultancy for students who aim to reflect the theoretical knowledge obtained during their undergraduate education into the field of practice.

VISION

Aware of the requirements and responsibilities of his profession, able to foresee the dynamics of time, following the developments in the field, open to innovations and creative; train public relations experts who are aware of the ethical values of their profession.

 

GOALS

Developing and realizing projects that aim to combine theoretical knowledge with practice

Developing and implementing social responsibility projects focused on providing social benefit

Planning workshops and events with professionals who carry out successful work in the field

Carry out stakeholder projects and events with institutions and organizations in the public and private sectors

Increase the knowledge and skills necessary for students to develop projects to represent themselves in national and international project competitions. 

Provide counselling to students when they need it in projects that will represent them in national and international project competitions.

Increase their knowledge and skills by conducting workshops with examples from daily life in areas of public relations and promotion such as crisis management, event management, sponsorship, social media management and graphic design.

PRINCIPLES

Creative: Being able to produce new ideas by using thought, education and imagination together and actively, while sharing them confidently and open to criticism.

Transparent: Every workshop, project, or activity should be open for everyone to see on social media and workshop archives.

Democratic: Taking joint decisions on issues such as task distribution, workshop admission process, or project development.

Dynamic: Having the dynamism required to keep up with current developments, new ideas, new projects, new applications and technological developments.

Productive: Creating studies and projects in different fields even just to gain experience.

Egalitarian: Every student who voluntarily participates in the workshop has the same right to speak as the other. The only thing that changes is the job descriptions.

Respectful: Everyone is treated with the same respect, without any discrimination. Respect is not only respect for each other, but also for our profession, ethical values, social responsibilities and social benefit.
